Shomoul Holding Company signed a memorandum of understanding with the Eastern Region Municipality to develop a network of the roads surrounding The Avenues - Al Khobar project, which is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of King Saud Road with Prince Sultan Road.
This agreement aims to improve the roads surrounding the project and raise the quality of the infrastructure and its efficiency, in order to raise the quality of Dammam metropolitan roads and enhance its beauty and efficiency. It is worth noting that The Avenues - Khobar was designed based on a distinctive architectural style that reflects the beauty of the Eastern Region and its urban legacy, according to sustainable environmental standards, which in align with the Kingdom 2030 Vision.
The Avenues - Khobar will make a quantum leap in the quality of shopping and entertainment for the residents of the area and its visitors. It will extend over a total built up area of more than 696,000 square meters and will include 8 districts which include shopping areas, distinct restaurants, and towers that include international hotels and residential apartments, and office spaces, medical clinics, and halls for events and exhibitions, with a total leasable area of 175,000 square meters in the heart of the Eastern Region.
